1. Legal Center Scope
Sinusuma ng Legal Center na ito ang policies at notices na nalalapat sa Linkrise. Hindi ito kapalit ng buong Terms of Service o Privacy Policy, at hindi ito gumagawa ng hiwalay na rights lampas sa mga dokumentong iyon.
Kung may conflict sa Legal Center na ito at sa dedicated policy page, ang dedicated policy page ang susundin.
2. Operator and Contact
Ang Linkrise ay pinapatakbo ng Linkrise team. Para sa legal notices, compliance matters, privacy requests, copyright notices, payment-policy questions, at law-enforcement requests, makipag-ugnayan sa legal email sa ibaba.
Magbigay ng sapat na information para maintindihan namin ang request, ma-verify ang authority kung kailangan, at mahanap ang relevant account, public profile URL, transaction, o content.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Ang paid Linkrise plans ay intended ibenta sa pamamagitan ng Lemon Squeezy. Para sa transactions sa Lemon Squeezy checkout, Lemon Squeezy ang merchant of record at humahawak ng payment processing, tax/VAT calculation and remittance, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, at PCI-related payment responsibilities.
Nakakatanggap ang Linkrise ng limited billing status at subscription data mula sa Lemon Squeezy para pamahalaan ang plan access. Hindi namin kailangang mag-store ng buong card numbers o sensitive payment credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
Protektado ng applicable intellectual property laws ang lahat ng Linkrise trademarks, logos, product names, interface designs, copy, at platform materials. Hindi mo maaaring gamitin ang Linkrise branding sa misleading, confusing, o unauthorized na paraan.
Ikaw pa rin ang may ownership ng content na pini-publish mo, pero dapat may rights ka para i-publish ito at mag-link sa anumang third-party destination mula sa profile mo.
5. Copyright and Takedown Requests
Kung naniniwala kang may content sa Linkrise na lumalabag sa copyright o ibang rights mo, magpadala ng notice na may sapat na detalye para ma-review namin.
- Tukuyin ang copyrighted work o right na pinaniniwalaan mong na-infringe
- Tukuyin ang Linkrise URL, profile, link, image, o ibang material na issue
- Isama ang pangalan, contact information, at statement na accurate ang information
- Ipaliwanag ang authority mong kumilos para sa rights owner kung hindi ikaw ang owner
6. Abuse, Safety, and Public Profiles
Hindi dapat gamitin ang public profiles at outbound links para sa phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful transactions, rights infringement, o attempts na umiwas sa platform safety controls.
Maaari naming alisin ang content, i-disable ang links, limitahan ang traffic, i-suspend ang accounts, mag-preserve ng records, o mag-report ng activity kung kailangan para protektahan ang users, Linkrise, payment partners, o public.
7. Law Enforcement and Regulatory Requests
Nire-review namin ang lawful requests mula sa regulators, courts, at law-enforcement authorities. Dapat tukuyin ng requests ang legal basis, requested scope, relevant account o profile, deadline, at contact details ng requesting authority.
Maaari naming i-notify ang affected users maliban kung ipinagbabawal ng batas, safety concerns, o mismong request.

Gamitin ang links sa ibaba para basahin ang kasalukuyang policy documents.
- Privacy Policy: paano nangongolekta, gumagamit, nagbabahagi, nagre-retain, at nagpoprotekta ng information ang Linkrise
- Cookie Policy: paano gumagamit ang Linkrise ng essential cookies, browser storage, at provider cookies
